1. Return Eligibility

- The item has not been customized, altered, or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Approval – Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item – Securely pack the item and ship it back to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
